We are looking for someone like us that is fun but RESPONSIBLE and CLEAN. We have a Indoor/Outdoor cat and a dog so we would prefer to have no more animals but it may be negotiable. We are offering a room for rent for $650 a month. The rent includes monthly utilities (Comcast Digital Cable,internet, electricity, water & garbage).The deposit is $400 and is refundable at time of move out, if nothing is damaged and all previous rent is paid. The house has a garage if you need to store a few things and there is a shared kitchen with stove, microwave, dishes,coffee maker and dishwasher etc. that you are welcome to use or add to.
