The bedroom available is a master sized bedroom with its own bathroom with towels included. The room already has queen sized bed with clean bedding included, nightstands, dresser, 50inch smart tv, Roku player.
There is a 2 car garage that can fit 1 medium/compact car, with storage shelves, and a beverage fridge.
This is a very clean, non smoking unit and community. No drugs of any kind, including marijuana.
There is a small very happy dog that lives here too, so no other pets allowed. Must be prepared to share this unit with a dog lover. Zero tolerance and immediate move-out of anyone that is mean or abusive.
This is a very quiet, well maintained, and loved unit. Much thought and time went into the remodel. I like to keep a clean unit. This is not a party house. It is a place to come home and relax.
I am a working professional and prefer another working professional or serious student.
Quick access to highways, shopping, public transportation, parks, restaurants, bike trail, and schools. Very small and quick commute to SRJC and SSU.
